3.2 Fittings

3.3 Garment Care
While we take utmost care with all garments, Prestige Alterations is not responsible for pre-existing damages or fabric weaknesses that may become apparent during the alteration process.
4. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days. Rush services are available for an additional fee. While we make every effort to meet deadlines, completion times are estimates only.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our alteration work. If you're unsatisfied with the results, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your garment.
5.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If we determine that the work does not meet our quality standards, we will either redo the alterations or provide a full refund.
5.3 Non-Refundable Items
Custom-designed garments and special order fabrics are non-refundable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
